Lounges and Breakout Rooms

• Note that you will not be able to use these without a working camera and microphone.
  • If you have an attendee having trouble, here is a tutorial on how to troubleshoot these potential camera/microphone issues.
• Depending on your event, lounges and/or breakout rooms might not be available. As a producer, you can set these up in the event dashboard (details on both here: Lounge Guide + Breakout Room Guide). When these are set up, don't forget to let your audience know about the photo booths 🙂 .
• Please note that lounges and breakout rooms cannot be recorded. Additionally, the room chats are not available in analytics.

Lounges - A casual place for attendees to hang out with each other.

Breakout Rooms - Think of these as a more structured way to breakup attendees into smaller groups for live on-camera discussions. Breakouts can be automatically sorted or manually put together; plus producers can move people to different breakout rooms if needed.
