Upgraded pre-recorded video features We’ve now made sharing pre-recorded videos that much smoother. To move from live to pre-recorded seamlessly, we’ve added a fade to black on the main stage that will lead into the start of your pre-recorded video. You can also view the length of all of your videos in your multimedia panel - no more guessing the length. See what it looks like here.
Clear public chats with the click of a button When you're ready to clear your chats, navigate to the gear icon located in the chat panel, then hit “clear” beside “Public Chat”. See how to do it here.
Attendee view supports full-screen mode Attendees looking to experience your event in full screen can now do so on Welcome.

Making registration easier with One-Click Invitations: Over the last few months, we’ve included one-click invitations which allow them to register for and access your event through one URL. You can bulk send One-Click Registrations to all unconfirmed attendees with the click of a button.

Easy access to event recordings from your Event dashboard: As soon as your event is done, your recordings are available in your Event Dashboard!

Disable & enable communication features: From Public Chats to Q&A to the People list, you can toggle these features on and off depending on your requirements.

Increased main stage capacity: From only 4 to now being able to have 8 people on the main stage.

Breakout Room & Lounge Room Experience: You asked, we listened. We made many updates over the last few months to improve the breakout & lounge room experiences: increased room capacity to 16 people, added screen sharing and enabled customizations in the Lounge Rooms such as logo, brand color, call-to-action button, and unique photobooth templates.
