I hope we have two major feature updates this week to get you as excited as we are. We made a significant change to our screenshare layout and recording structure.
Our old layout would put speaker bubbles at the bottom left corner of the stage. This would cover up portions of the stage and hide important information or require the presenter to adjust their presentation decks. This is no longer the case! We have separated the windows, so you now have a much better view of the speaker that your attendees came to see and removed any obstruction to what the speaker is trying to present.
Pushing your juicy content to the stage has stayed the same. The only thing we changed is that we moved the hide speaker toggle to the stage for you to quickly access without digging through settings.
We know many of you not only like to use the Welcome Studio to host excellent webinars but also like to use it as a recording studio. The problem is that you need to have some forethought when you want to start recording sessions because spinning up the recording server requires at least 15 mins before you begin the session.
Those days are over; you can now start recording sessions anytime! You no longer need to wait; you can start recording your exciting content anytime. You do not have to do anything different on your end; the Start Recording button will always be available.
Still need help?
If none of the solutions work above and you're still experiencing issues, feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org or click Help at the bottom right corner of the screen.
